Why We’re Different

1. Foundation & Structure

  • RCC Framed Structure with Isolated / Raft / Pile Foundation based on Architectural / Structural designs to resist earthquake.
  • 9" thick outer wall and 4½" thick internal walls with Chamber Bricks wherever necessary.

2. Plastering & Painting

  • Nice finish with wall putty in internal side & normal finish in external sides.
  • Interior wall with wall putty and two coats of Asian Premium Emulsion paint finish.
  • Exterior wall with two coats of external Asian Apex Emulsion paint finish.
  • All doors with French Polish and enamel paint finish; Windows and ventilator grills with enamel paint finish.

3. Flooring

  • Premium quality joint free Vitrified tiles (3'0" X 3'0") in Living, Dining, & (2'0" x 2'0") tiles in Bedrooms & Kitchen.
  • Glazed Designer ceramic tiles up to 7'-0" height for bathroom walls & Antiskid ceramic tiles for bathroom floors.
  • Kitchen glazed wall tile above kitchen counter slab up to 2'0" height.

4. Doors

  • Main Door: Teak wood frame & solid design teak shutters finished with melamine polish and Branded Brass fittings & Safety lock.
  • Internal Doors: Teak wood frame & Factory made One Side Teak flush door shutters finished with melamine finish & enamel painting and Branded SS fittings & Safety lock.

5. Windows

  • Branded UPVC sliding three track windows with mosquito net with MS safety grill.

6. Kitchen

  • Granite Platform with Stainless Steel Sink and Two Swivel Taps for Drinking & Multipurpose.
  • Water purifier point provision with control valve.

7. Bath Rooms

  • Wall Mount EWC with Concealed Flush Tank & Wash Basin in all bathrooms of Parryware / Hindware / Jaquar make.
  • Hot & Cold Single Lever Divertor with overhead shower in all bathrooms and other taps of Jaquar C.P Continental make.

8. Utility & Lift

  • Utility/Wash: Provision for washing machine & Wet area for washing utensils, etc.
  • Lift System: Johnson Lift / OTIS / Kone setup complete with Fully Automatic Rescue Device.

9. Generator Backup

  • Common Areas: Car Parking, Driveways, Staircase & Corridors Lighting, Lift & Electrical Pumps.
  • Apartments: Power back limited strictly to only Light and Fan Points.
